Engineer Francis Gianan, New GM of FICELCO The National Electrification Administration (NEA) has confirmed the appointment of Engineer Francis Gianan as the General Manager of the First Catanduanes Electric Cooperative (FICELCO).
Engineer Gianan, currently heading the Technical Services Management and also served as officer-in-charge in the early part of 2023, was recommended by the FICELCO’s board of directors to lead the cooperative.
Following a series of selection processes, Engineer Gianan achieved the required average rating for the final interview, which was endorsed to the NEA for approval.
Meanwhile, since Gianan assumed office on January 15, 2024, his performance will undergo a one-year validation based on the submitted work plan. (BP Newsteam)
