The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) led by Sec. Isidro S. Lapena, TESDA Director General, celebrates  its 25th Happy Silver Anniversary  this coming August 25-30 nationwide.

              As such, the management and staff of Radyo /Bicol Peryodiko  (DWFB-FM, 96,7mhz) joins the TESDA community on said occasion with the highly committed, hardworking forces of TESDA in the province headed Dr. Ponciano S. Catipon Jr., TESDA-Catanduanes Provincial Director and Mr. Elpidio R. Tuboro, Vocational School Administrator III.

              Said celebration was sponsored by TGP Party-List Rep. Jose J.“Bong” Teves, Jr., in cooperation with the provincial government of Catanduanes and Radyo Bicol Peryodiko.

              Described by Dr. Catipon as TESDAMAN and FATHER OF TVET in Catanduanes, Cong. Teves Jr. thanked the organizers for giving him the opportunity to grace the launching of the SINGING CONTEST ON THE AIR SEASON 2. He also used the occasion to thank them for supporting his candidacy as TGP party-list representative. 

              Aside from the more than Php 5 M funds released or soon to be realsed, the solon also vowed to continue supporting the BONG TVET PROGRAM and the province in general together with Cong. Hector S. Sanches of the Lone of Catanduanes.

              Kudoz to the TESDA leadership in Catanduanes led by Dr. Ponciano S. Catipon Jr., and CSHCI, Vocational School Administrator III. Mr. Elpidio R. Tuboro and the utmost support of the provincial government  led by Acting Gov. Shirley A. Abundo; Acting Vice Gov. Lorenzo T. Templonuevo Jr.

              Special mention goes to PBM Edwin T. Tanael who plays crucial roles in some TESDA-related activities and PBMs Rafael Zuniega and Giovanni A. Balmadrid  for gracing the occasion.
