Virac, Catanduanes – The administration of Catanduanes State University (CatSU) aims to open the Medicine and Juris Doctor courses at the university next year.

According to CatSU President Patrick Allain Azanza, they are currently processing the necessary documents required by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to begin and offer these courses. On July 12, the CHED already received the necessary documents for their evaluation.

They are also preparing for the screening that will be conducted by the Law Education Board for the opening of the law school.

At present, the groundwork has started for the classrooms that will be used for the Juris Doctor and Medicine programs, in preparation for evaluation by the relevant agencies. (BP newsteam/FB/Pat Yutan)
