Virac, Catanduanes – The Local Government Unit of Catanduanes honored the 78 graduates who completed the Alternative Learning System (ALS) in the Virac South District. They extended their congratulations, particularly for passing the Presentation Portfolio Assessment (PPA).
Out of the total 78 ALS graduates from the PPA, six (6) are from elementary level, while seventy-two (72) successfully completed their Junior High School education.
In a message delivered by Provincial Board Member Robert Fernandez on behalf of Governor Joseph Boboy Cua, the graduates were encouraged to continue serving the community in the province. He also expressed hope that their paths as public servants will intersect in the coming years, so they can collectively assist others in need. (Patrick Yutan)
