After the turnover ceremony on January 5, 2024, led by Acting Regional Director of PRO5, PBGEN ANDRE PEREZ DIZON, PCOL RAYAN V ADOR immediately convened his first Command Conference as the new Provincial Director of Catanduanes Police Provincial Office on January 7, 2024, Sunday, at the Catanduanes PPO, Heroes Hall, Camp Francisco Camacho, Virac, Catanduanes. This is aimed at strengthening coordination and communication within the police force under his leadership.
The said command conference was attended by the Chiefs-of-Police/Officers-In-Charge of eleven (11) Municipal Police Stations (MPS), Force Commanders of two (2) Provincial Mobile Force Companies (PMFCs), Provincial Staffs of Catanduanes PPO, and National Operational Support Units such as Catanduanes Provincial Explosives and Canine Unit (PECU), Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), Provincial Forensics Unit (PFU), Provincial Highway Patrol Group (PHPG), Provincial Anti-Cyber Crime Response Team (PCRT), Catanduanes Maritime Law Enforcement Team, and Regional Intelligence Unit โ Catanduanes.
The gathering of all police units aims to strengthen relationships and collaboration in enforcing the law and the campaign against illegal drugs and all types of crimes, maintaining peace, and ensuring the security of the citizens throughout the province.
Emphasis was also given to strengthening the relationship between the police and the community to combat any threat of insurgency in the province.
According to the message of PCOL RAYAN V ADOR, strong collaboration is needed to make Catanduanes not only a Happy Island but a truly joyful island (True Happy Island) for Catandunganons โ a place that is prosperous, safe, and peaceful.
Before concluding the said command conference, random drug testing was also conducted under the leadership of PCOL RAYAN V ADOR for all key officials of Catanduanes PPO, aiming to convey that the police force truly upholds integrity against illegal drugs and as part of strengthening the Internal Cleansing Program of the PNP. | via CatPPO
