Francis Gianan bilang bagong OIC-General Manager. Kasali sa nakasaad ditto ang mga katagang: “To perform the day-to-day functions as General Manager which include policy-formulation and other matters discretionary in nature, such as the power to hire, transfer, discipline and fire coop personnel…”

Samantala, sa Board Resolution ng FICELCO No. 16, “A resolution withdrawing the authority vested by FICELCO Board of Directors upon Jonathan Valles to sign coop checks and withdraw funds from coop depository banks as well as to sign documents related to coop transactions with the BDO-Virac, Land Bank Virac, Rural bank of Camalig-Virac Branch, DBP Virac, Security Bank Naga and China Bank and vesting such authority upon Engr. Francis Gianan..”

Francis Gianan bilang kahalili nito kamakailan. (Ramil Soliveres)
