The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)- Manila released the results of the Nurse Licensure Examination given on June 3 – 4, 2018. In a statement, Dr. Jocelyn Ll. Jordan, Dean of the College of Health Sciences (CHS) of the Catanduanes State University (CSU) said that the College once again went over the national passing percentage as the CHS got an overall performance rate of 84.38%. The national passing rate is 43.82%.

Dr. Jordan expressed elation that the CHS endeavor again paid off with this year’s passers, and thanked the University and the rest of the teaching staff for their continued support. She added that for the first-time takers, the College got 86.67% passing rate. There were 27 graduates of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from CSU who passed the June PRC examination.

Dr. Minerva I. Morales, CSU President, extended her appreciations to the College of Health Sciences, to the new Nurses, and to their parents as well for the said achievement which will again form part of the University’s line of distinction this year.

Fernandez, Pamela Marie Galang, Nicole Joy S. Hilario, Haidee Ibarrientos, Jehan E. Isorena, Anne Geleene Manalo, Arielle Z. Marino, Roxy Deserine Olanka, Mark John V. Sarmiento, Remee Mariae M. Sorreda, Lezeil Ann T. Tabuzo, Janine L. Tapia, Allysa Joy M. Tesorero, Princess Kaye Torrente, Catherine Traquena, Clarrize Jhaide T.
