The Good Financial Housekeeping recognition is awarded to local government units that demonstrate proper and transparent financial management, while the CFLGA evaluates programs and initiatives that promote child welfare and protection within communities.
Meanwhile, the Ideal Rating for the LCPC serves as an indicator of the effective implementation of policies and programs focused on the rights, protection, and overall welfare of children and youth.
