Governor Joseph C. Cua promised to give 2 aircon buses next year to the Department of Education, Division of Catanduanes. The local chief executive said during the Christmas Party of school heads, superintendents, and other division office personnel.
“This is a way of giving back to your hard work and sacrifices as teachers”, said Gov Cua expressing his gratitude to the DepEd Catanduanes.
The buses will be used for the education tour for the teachers or the “Pasyar kan mga teachers”
“I see to it, matapos ang term ko gabos kita nagparasyar bilang tabang naman, bilang balos sa indong obligasyon bilang maestra, maestro,” he said adding that procurement of the buses would be out of his own personal resources.
Prioritizing the education sector, he also shared his biggest programs for next year, the Scholarship Program for students pursuing law, medicine and post-graduate studies.
“Kabali kamo diyan. Kaya kaipuhan ko ning tabang sa lambang saro sa indo, sa SP na maaprubahan ang satuyang gigibuhon na ordinance,” Gov. Cua stated.
“Dapat magkasararo kita ta nganing padagos tang mataw-an ning pag-asa ang gustong magkaigwa ning magayon na buhay,” he said further.
