The Land Transportation Office – Bicol Region conducted a “Plate Distribution Caravan” in the entire region. Its goal is to expedite the distribution of unclaimed license plates currently in the possession of dealers. This was made possible with the assistance of select malls in Bicol.
The said caravan started on August 17 and will run until August 24 at SM City Legazpi, Robinsons Mall Naga, SM Daet, Virac Town Center, Gaisano Mall Masbate, and SM City Sorsogon.
Meanwhile, LTO Bicol employees continue to carry out free door-to-door distribution of license plates to the residences of their owners. These actions are in compliance with the 60-day deadline set by Assistant Secretary Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II for the proper distribution of unclaimed license plates.
