As of writing graduating students in the Catanduanes State University and other institutions of higher learning must have been busy writing their narrative reports, defending their undergraduate researches, if only to beat the deadline.
This is true especially in the Catanduanes State University (CSU). Accordingly, no graduating students would be presented by their respective deans in the academic council without a copy of their undergraduate thesis for good measure.
Due to humanitarian consideration some senior students were allowed to join the graduation last year on the promise that they will immediately submit their undergraduate research output asap.
These students failed to fulfill their promise. Unfortunately, some parents have been insisting on releasing their children’s TOR on the ground that they been allowed to graduate.
Ang CSU pa ang sinisisi ng mga magulang. Kailangan daw kasi yong TORs sa work application and other purposes. With that sad unexpected outcome of humanitarian consideration going waylaid, the CSU administration through the VP for Academic Affairs, in consultation with the Academic Council, came out with a new policy: NO APPROVED BOOKBOUNDED THESIS, NO GRADUATION or words to that effect.
Be that as it may, ADVANCE CONGRATULTIONS THE 2019 GRADUATING BATCH. KUDOZ TO ALL THE FACULTY MEMBERS, ACADEMIC OFFICIALS ETC.
